If you are a PAN card holder and, for any reason, your PAN card has been damaged or lost, you can order a new PVC PAN card to be delivered to your home address for just ₹50.
To do this, it is first essential to determine whether your PAN card was issued by NSDL or UTI. Typically, this information is printed on the back of the PAN card.
If you are unsure which agency issued your PAN card, you can submit an application on both websites—one at a time. The application will be automatically accepted by the specific agency that originally issued your PAN card.
Process to Order a PVC PAN Card
STEP 1:- First, visit the official portal by clicking on the link provided below.
STEP 2:- Upon visiting the official portal, you will need to enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and Date of Birth, and then click ‘Next’.
STEP 3:- Your PAN card will be retrieved, and all its details—such as your PAN number, mobile number, email ID, and address—will appear on your screen.
STEP 4 :- Next, to verify your identity, an OTP will be sent to either your phone number or your email ID. Simply select the option you have access to and click ‘Next’.
STEP 5:- You will receive an OTP on your phone; enter that OTP to verify.
STEP 6:- After entering the OTP, you will need to make a payment of ₹50. You can do this using UPI or Net Banking, or alternatively, you can make the payment by scanning the provided barcode.
STEP 7:- After making the payment, simply click ‘Continue’ again, and your acknowledgment slip will be generated. You can download and save it for your records. Your acknowledgment slip will contain complete details, including the payment amount and the acknowledgment number—which you can also use to track the status of your PAN card application.
STEP 8:- The PVC PAN card will be delivered to your home address via post within 10 to 15 days.
