Step 1:- Visit the official Election Commission of India website: voters.eci.gov.in (formerly NVSP).
Step 2:- Login or Register
- If you already have an account, enter your mobile number/email, password, and captcha code to Login.
- If you are a new user, click on Sign Up, enter your mobile number, and create your account using the OTP sent to your phone.
Step 3:- Once logged into your dashboard, look for the section titled “Shifting of residence/Correction of entries in existing electoral roll/Replacement of EPIC/Marking of PwD” and click on Form 8.
Step 4:- After that A pop-up will ask whether you are applying for “Self” or “Other User”.
